Did you know that Fitness Boot Camps are for Anyone?

Did you know that Noah, when loading the Arc did not carry 2 sets of every kind of animal?  He actually carried 7 sets of every domesticated animal..that's 14 not 2.  Did you know that Honey is the only food that doesn't spoil?  Archaeologists have found honey in the tombs of Egyptian Pharaohs and tasted it and said it was actually edible.  Did you know that in 1891 Johnny Plessey batted .331 for the Cleveland Spiders even though he used a rolled up, lacquered copy of the Toledo Post-Dispatch for a bat the entire season?  There are many amazing facts and tons of misconceptions about a lot of things in our world.  One of the biggest misconceptions in the Fitness world is that you have to be in really great shape to attend a Fitness Boot Camp.
Fitness Boot Camps were designed to mock military style workouts that were developed to get their men in the shape they need to be, to pass Boot Camp.  Notice that I didn't say that it was developed to enhance already fit people and as a matter of fact, newly enlisted are rarely in good shape.  The military uses whatever is available for their camp and most of the time nothing is used.  Fitness Boot Camps are held outside for the most part....I think it's safe to say if you were to ask any service man or woman if their Drill Sergeant ever said, "Hey everyone its raining, or its snowing, or its just too cold outside... let's take it inside today."  The answer would be a resounding "NO". Those service men and women would probably also say that there were some 'Freaks of Nature' who came into Boot Camp ready to kick butt, but there were also those who probably worked harder than they had ever worked just to barely make it through.
Fitness Boot Camps are exactly the same thing.  Anyone that wants to get in shape, regardless of their current fitness level, age, or gender can attend a Boot Camp to get in shape.  Most Boot Camps are held outside and there is little use of equipment, if any at all.  The fact of the matter is no matter where you go there will always be someone that is in better shape or has more ability than the rest.  The other truth is if you really want to get in shape and can't or don't want to afford a Personal Trainer, then Boot Camps are the answer to all your health and fitness needs.  They are very affordable on almost any budget and most of the time all you need to bring other than your body, is a mat and a bottle of water.  Don't think for one minute that you have to be in good shape to go to Boot Camp.  My suggestion is to just start slow, and dedicate and commit yourself to at least 6 weeks.  Six Weeks is a minimum time frame to see results and remember... you get out of it what you put into it.  Now, if you have a pre-existing condition like a bad back, bad knee, or bad attitude... check out the Trainers, validate their credentials, talk to others that already attend their Boot Camps, and tell them of anything that concerns you about your current fitness level. They will take care of you.  If you have chosen the right Boot Camp, then your Trainer's will guide you and watch out for any bad form and be fabulous motivators in the process.  Good Trainers will get you through when you didn't think you had it in you.  Stay committed and before you know it you will be keeping up better, your endurance will increase, and it won't be long before you are the one everyone is trying to catch up to.  For more information contact us at admin@fullarmorinc.com!  Full Armor has a Fresh and Innovative approach to Total Body Health and Fitness and our program GUARANTEES results.  Don't wait start your Revolution into Total Body Health today!!!
